Questions

What people ask on the first call

Not sure which visa fits?

Tell us your situation and we’ll name the path in one call.

Book a free call
Is the first call really free?

Yes. Thirty minutes by phone or video with an attorney. If you don’t need a lawyer for your case, we’ll say so.

How do your fees work?

One flat fee in writing before we file. USCIS filing fees are listed separately, so the total is clear on day one.

How long will my case take?

It depends on the form and the USCIS office. We give you the current published processing time and update you when it moves.

Do you help clients outside Minnesota?

Yes. Immigration law is federal, so we represent clients in any state and meet by video.

My visa was refused before. Can you help?

Often, yes. Bring the refusal notice to the first call and we’ll explain your options, including waivers.
