How it starts

No long project plan. One day with your team, then we build the first workflow on your own accounts.

  1. 01

    Audit

We spend a day with your team, list every repeat task and pick the ones worth automating first.

  2. 02

    Build

We build inside your Xero, QuickBooks or Dext account and test every workflow on last month's work.

  3. 03

    Hand over

Your team gets a short guide and our numbers. We watch each workflow until it runs clean.

Two people, both on every project

The person who audits your firm is the person who builds your workflows and answers when you call.

  • Based in Leeds

We come to your office for the audit day, anywhere in Yorkshire.

  • No hand-offs

No account managers. You always talk to someone who built the thing.

  • Plain English

We explain each workflow the way you'd explain it to a new junior.

Month-end used to swallow the last week of every month. Now the bank feeds are matched before we arrive, and the team spends those hours on client calls instead.

Questions partners ask us

Client data, the software you use and what happens on a bad day: here is what we tell every firm.

Ask us directly
Is our clients' data safe with you?

We build inside your own Xero, QuickBooks and Dext accounts, using access you grant and can remove at any time. Before anything goes live we show you exactly what each workflow can see.

Which software do you work with?

Xero, QuickBooks and Dext, plus the email and file tools around them, like Microsoft 365 and Gmail. Using something else? We'll tell you honestly on the audit day whether it can be connected.

What happens if a step breaks?

Every workflow tells a person when it can't finish, instead of failing quietly. We get the same alert and fix it, so you never have to find a developer.

Do we need anyone technical on the team?

No. Your team keeps working in the software it knows. We set everything up, show people what changed and stay on call.

What does it cost?

Each workflow gets a fixed price after the audit, so you see the number before we build anything. The audit day is £650; most single workflows are built for £1,200 to £2,500.

What eats your month-end?

Tell us in one line. We'll reply with what we'd automate first.
