How late can I book for same-day?
Book by 12:00 for delivery by 17:00 anywhere in Greater Manchester. Zone A runs are taken until 16:00.
What if my parcel arrives late?
If we miss the promised window, the run is free. It’s refunded automatically, no form to fill in.
Can you carry prescriptions and samples?
Yes. Riders are DBS-checked and carry sealed, temperature-logged bags for clinical items.
What happens if nobody is in?
The rider calls the recipient, then you. If we still can’t deliver, we bring it back to you the same day.
Do I need an account?
No. Pay by card for one-off runs. Accounts add monthly invoicing and saved addresses.
Do you deliver on weekends?
Saturdays 8:00–16:00 in Zones A and B. Sundays for business accounts by arrangement.
